Discovery Call

We'll start with a free consultation to discuss your goals, your history, and whether we're a good fit.

Assessment

In your first session, we'll assess your current fitness level, movement patterns, and create your personalized roadmap.

Training

We'll meet 2-3 times per week for focused, progressive training sessions that build on each other.

Reviews

Every 4-6 weeks, we'll review your progress, celebrate your wins, and adjust your program.
